架构师的能力
刚加入数据湖仓项目时，我们这群技术宅脑子里都有一堆关于架构师的疑问，为什么他总能找到一些很新的技术和工具让我们去研究？他从哪里找到的各种商业软件？为什么他对各个领域的技术栈都了解？为什么他总能选择出合适的技术和工具来不断地优化整个架构？
经过一段时间的接触，我发现这些都源自于他大量的持续学习。他收藏了很多专业网站，各个行业的都有，他也是咨询公司的付费会员，他每天的日程都被会议塞满了，邮箱里经常收到各种订阅信息和付费报告，但他仍然会抽出时间来阅读那些资料，包括技术文档和用户文档。甚至有的时候，在一些具体的技术难点和软件功能方面，他都能指出我们的问题。很惭愧的是，其中大多数都是由于我们没有认真阅读和理解文档造成的。
